Check Your Schedule once your registered.

Please go to the Main Court app → "My Schedule" Make sure you check your check-in time and arrive promptly.We encourage you to download Main Court if you have not already. If you registered via the website, you can find your division information by going to Main Court and finding the division, but make sure you are logged in. You will see the divisions by clicking on your website profile's "My Schedule" section.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since this tournament supports YTSD, your $15 registration fee is entirely donated to charity. If you are concerned about the weather and wish to withdraw, please cancel your spot by Tuesday, March 11th.

Do not cancel at the last minute – this disrupts your division and creates challenges for the Tournament Directors. If you cannot play, cancel now.Players can withdraw and receive a refund 24 hours before their scheduled bracket begins. Refunds will cover registration and event fees but will not include the processing fee charged by Main Court (via Stripe).

This is a Rain or Shine outdoor event, and while we strive to complete all matches as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, may impact play. If an event is interrupted mid-play due to these conditions, we will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, including whether brackets can be completed or winners can be decided.

Since this is a charity event, and the entry fee is a donation, no refunds will be issued in the event of rain or other weather-related cancellations. The low entry fee is designed to support the cause, and we appreciate your understanding and generosity.

Photography & Video Notice

Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By signing the waiver, you grant Main Court permission to use any images or footage taken during the tournament on all Main Court channels for promotional and marketing purposes.

Additional InfoWe will send another email on Wednesday with the final event details. If you have already signed the waiver, no further action is required when you receive Monday’s reminder email.
