Tournament Details

Date: Sunday, April 12th
Location: Fairbanks Ranch Country Club
15150 San Dieguito Rd, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067

Format

• Fixed Partner (Bring your own or request partner matching)
• Minimum 5-game round robin
• Top teams advance to medal rounds/playoffs (format may adjust for best gameplay flow)
• Each bracket runs approximately 2.5–3 hours from first serve to medal ceremony

• Men’s 50+: Check-in 12:45 PM | Start 1:00 PM | Medal Ceremony ~3:30 PM
• Women’s 3.0 (50+): Check-in 12:45 PM | Start 1:00 PM | Medal Ceremony ~3:30 PM
• Singles 4.0+ (DUPR Rated): Check-in 12:45 PM | Start 1:00 PM | Medal Ceremony ~3:15 PM
• Mixed 3.5 & 4.0 (4.0 DUPR Rated): Check-in 2:45 PM | Start 3:30 PM | Medal Ceremony ~5:30 PM
• Men’s 3.5 & 4.0: Check-in 5:45 PM | Start 6:00 PM | Medal Ceremony ~8:30 PM

Rules & Notes

• Official Ball: Franklin X-40
• DUPR & MainCourt ratings will be verified
• Skill levels are strictly enforced — sandbagging will not be tolerated
• Players may compete above their rating level, but not below
• Round robin games to 11 (win by 1); medal matches win by 2
• Teams switch sides at 6 (subject to adjustment)
• Net serves are live (no lets)
• Out calls must be made clearly and immediately by receiving team
• Dress Code: FRCC standards apply (No tank tops or midriff/crop tops)

• Bay Club Members: $40
• FRCC Racquet Members: $35
